MONDAY MORNING SESSION w/ Sierra
I have been itching to get some shots in lately because working in retail can be draining during the holidays. So thank GOD for my homie Sierra. She came by on this gloomy Monday morning to pose for me so I can get some practice in. There was a general idea for these shots but nothing concrete. I was banking on going outside but it was a lil too gloomy, so we decided to stay in and find some shots indoors. We had some fun, had some laughs, tried some ideas, and took some dope shots. Check em out!!

XOCHI takes over Sac State!!
I had the day off of work today and saw that my homie, the beautiful and talented singer/songwriter, Xochitl, was playing at Sac State at noon. So, me and Julez said, FUCK IT, let's go!!! We got there about 15 minutes late but parking sucks at Sac State. No one can park or drive in CA, let alone at a college, haha. Check out a couple shots I got.

Julz shoots THUNDER............COVER.
I went along on a shoot with my bro Julz who was shooting his homies, the band, THUNDER COVER. They are a group of funny dudes who are awesome players in a cover band from Sacramento, CA. The shoot was going down at a recording studio in Roseville, CA and possibly some spots outside the studio. It was cold and rainy which was a nice change up from the usual sun and heat everyday. I helped Julz anyway I could and of course I took my camera too, so I snapped a couple shots while Julz was doing his thing. Make sure to check out THUNDER COVER at your local casino or event around the Nor-Cal area. Here's the shots I took, enjoy.

SC stands for Salvador Cid......or maybe Santa Cruz........I don't know
I recently just celebrated my 31st birthday, and I have to say, it sure was eventful, haha.
My Ruca had my birthday all planned out. She booked a weekend in Santa Cruz (which I had never been and had always wanted to go) and then we were going to spend the last day in San Francisco with my brother Gabe. I was crazy pumped!! So of course, last minute I got packed, got my haircut, then met up with Jenni at my house so we could leave for our BOOZE FILLED trip. Well, Jenni dropped a bomb on me right before we left my house....................Jenni and I had made the greatest gift anyone can make..............WE'RE PREGNANT!!!
Man, after 30 years of not being married, being a big time flirt, loving woman across the country (haha), I get the news that I am going to be a dad, news that I never thought would actually come. Having all the emotions that a person could possibly have made for an interesting weekend. Knowing that My Ruca can't drink, made me not want to drink, so we replaced alcohol with MORE FOOD. I am obviously not complaining. We ate our faces off, I dabbled with some medical, we hung out on the beach, we walked the boardwalk, we walked around SF and ate and I had some celebratory beers with my bro. All in all, it was an amazing weekend. I can't wait to go back to visit or move to Santa Cruz. Here's a couple shots I took. Enjoy.
