Recently I had the pleasure of going on my 1st hike with my homies Berto and his girl Concha who are veterans in the hike game, lol. I chose to do it because I never have done it before and with my new healthy life changes, I figured a hike could be a spiritual and therapeutic experience. I will be going again for sure!! Even though at times it was tough, it was totally worth it. P.S. We went to Redwood Regional near the Oakland/Berkeley area if you were curious.
