SKATE&DESTROY.

Going out to shoot my homies Nik & Anthony whenever they skate has been the most fun shooting I've had in awhile. I have always wanted to get into shooting skating but I was never friends with anybody who was good enough to take shots of, until now. So I get some practice in and they get some dope shots. Tonight was by far the easiest and most accomplishing nights for all of us I feel. Anthony & Nik just got back into skating and are already doing stuff they haven't done in awhile. Nik conquered an 8 stair tonight when last week he dominated a 6 stair. Craziest of all, Anthony did a 2 stair like 2 weeks ago, then knocked out a fuckin 7 stair tonight!!!! Fuckin crazy. I have a lot of fun hanging out with those dudes. Check it.

Stacia got off of work after a long closing shift. I wanted to shoot. So I told her to come over, The rest is history, hahaha. I love shooting at night too, my favorite time to shoot. Not too hot, the lighting is cool, everyone is at home and out of my way, haha. Anyways, check out our session from a couple nights ago.

round 2 with NIK x ANT

NIK x ANT x SC3 went out last night to shoot some stuff at a location we picked out but we ended up scouting it to skate at a later date because security was on our heels. On our way back home, we checked out a gnarly gap that might be a little too big for us right now but NIK x ANT got some flat land practice in while we were there. So I messed around with my camera a little bit. I'm crazy happy to pick up the camera again. Something I feel like I haven't done in a long time. I'm a little rusty but I'll get back in the swing of things. Check it.

My life has been a roller coaster ride for the last 2 years. Ups, downs, every which way it can turn, it has. With all these different events happening, my passion for photography has taken a back seat. Waaayyyy in the back, like wwwaaaayyyyy in the back seat. I have lost sight at what makes my heart happy in order to make everyone else happy..........and I just can't do it anymore. So, I am getting back into it with the help of my friends. Skateboarding has always been a sport that I have always been a fan of, not to mention have always wanted to shoot. My homie Nik is a bomb ass skater and he wants to get back into the game, so what better way for us to both get back on the horse, then doing it together. We hit up one of Nik's old skate spots and took some shots. I had a lot of fun and can't wait to go back out there some more!!
